Short Introduction: I love teaching. I like to see people grow. I taught in evening school Marketing and Sales for 20 years. I’m DiSC and MapsTell certified.
Skills (coach education, practical experience): I started nursing, but after 4 years I changed my career into the banking business. Worked in agencies but I taught 17 years in the headquarter of the bank communication, sales, and management skills. Mortgage loans were my speciality.
Experience in Sales: I have 35 years of experience in sales: in my own shops, at the bank, and I taught in evening school.
What is crucial in my trainings? I go for the skills. Putting what you have learned into practice provides more insights.
My philosophy as a trainer: Showing people that they can indeed change. You will learn the most by practicing in a safe environment, but still stretching.
My trainings are sustainable because: People feel that they are learning. I give them feedback in a constructive way and people perceive it as positive. I’m also not afraid to turn the tables as an example. There is a very smooth interaction, and they feel that they are listened to.
Most participants say that I: Am a very good trainer. You learn a lot in a safe environment. They say that if I say the words they need to say in sales, that it’s so easy. You always know what to say, especially in benefits for the customer.
Success in Sales means for me: Greater customer loyalty with a financial result. Customers feel understood and trust you.
