Skills (coach education, practical experience): | I started nursing, but after 4 years I changed my career into the banking business. Worked in agencies but I taught 17 years in the headquarter of the bank communication, sales, and management skills. Mortgage loans were my speciality. |
Experience in Sales: | I have 35 years of experience in sales: in my own shops, at the bank, and I taught in evening school. |
What is crucial in my trainings? | I go for the skills. Putting what you have learned into practice provides more insights. |
My philosophy as a trainer: | Showing people that they can indeed change. You will learn the most by practicing in a safe environment, but still stretching. |
My trainings are sustainable because: | People feel that they are learning. I give them feedback in a constructive way and people perceive it as positive. I’m also not afraid to turn the tables as an example. There is a very smooth interaction, and they feel that they are listened to. |
